Profit or Growth: A Fool's Choice
It’s the age-old dilemma of what should a company focus, growth or profit, that is based on the wrong question.  The question is not a binary question, and it does not have a binary answer, but rather it is an open-ended question with a constantly evolving moving target that depends on a number of factors.  This presentation is about looking at the profit/growth question with a different perspective and making different decisions at different times.
