Shortly after Operation Desert Storm – April 1992, Bill retired from the US Army as a Master Sergeant after serving over 20 years of continuous active service. He has served as a Platoon Sergeant with the 9 th Infantry Division, the 172nd Infantry Brigade, a Senior Director of the US Army Recruiting Command and other Special Assignments. He has over 35 years of leadership, sales, and management experience within the federal government, and the credit & financial services industry. After his retirement from the Army, he joined Morgan Stanley /Discover Card where he managed the organization’s National Accounts and Top 500 clients. His client s included companies such as Shell Oil, Chevron, Safeway, Winn Dixie, The Cheesecake Factory, the Army Air Force Exchange Service, and others. He retired from Discover Card in 2010 and today, he is the President of First Intelligence Group, a Service Disabled Veteran Own Business that specializes in employment background checks and managing employer risks. Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Veteran Owned Business and the Vice Chairman of SCORE – Tampa an organization dedicated to mentoring small business. Bill holds a Bachelors’ of Science Degree from Columbia College and a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Business
